HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

All products are visually inspected and graded always leaning towards the lower condition if the product falls in-between gradings. All products are wet and dry cleaned using a Pro-ject Cleaning machine. See: GRADING SYSTEM for more a detailed breakdown.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY ON PHYSICAL RECORDS THAT I ORDER?

We offer a 14-Day returns policy, we also look to work on a solution for customers based on any issues with the product. (Though these are few and far between)

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship Nationally and Internationally using Tracked and Signed For services from Royal Mail, Parcelforce, Hermes and Collectplus services, Collection service also available.

WHAT TYPES OF POSTAGE ARE AVAILABLE?

You can buy up to four LP records and have them shipped within one postage charge. £1 surcharge for orders over £10 as they ship on a signed for service. We can ship up to x15 LP's for £6.99, or x30 for £9.99 with parcelforce, other services also available. (Just ask!)

HOW MANY ITEMS DO YOU LIST PER WEEK?

We list an average of 200 new LP titles per week.

DO YOU ONLY SELL VINYL?

We specialise in Vinyl. However we also sell many accessories along with them including top-quality Vinyl packaging as we know it's difficult to find.
